The Internet has not only become pervasive in our homes and at work, but is also becoming a large force in our economy. Much of our communication is through email. More and more advertisers are shifting bigger portions of their budgets to the Internet. Where do lawyers come in? We are involved with electronic contracts, privacy and personal trespass issues involving spyware and the "takeover" of individual computers, and of course, the Internet has opened a whole new arena in trademark and copyright claims.
